Welcome to
After The Call
Kevin
This is your private space. Everything you log here belongs to you and no one else. No supervisors. No department administration. No one.
It was built by a Deputy Fire Chief who understands what you carry after a hard call — and knew there had to be a better way to process it.
We are stronger together. 10-4.
Log a shift or call
After every shift or call, take 60 seconds to log what you ran, how heavy it was, and any private notes. Your entries are encrypted and visible only to you — always.
Incident tags — Trauma, Pediatric, LODD and more
Stress level 1 through 5
Private notes — no one ever sees these
Daily check-in
Once a day, tell the app how you are holding up. Takes 10 seconds. Over time your mood trends become visible so you can spot patterns before they become problems.
1 through 5 scale — Strong to Rough
Optional private note
7-day mood graph on your history screen
Wellness tools and resources
When you need to decompress, the Resources tab has tools built specifically for first responders — not generic wellness content.
Tactical box breathing — used by special operations
5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise
24/7 crisis lines built for first responders
Your data. Your rules.
After The Call was built on one promise — your personal information never leaves your control. Not now, not ever.
Your department never sees individual data
Your data is never sold or shared

Why this app exists
After The Call was not built in a boardroom. It was built at a kitchen table by a Deputy Fire Chief in New Hampshire who watched colleagues carry the weight of the job in silence for too long.
Every first responder knows the feeling — you run a hard call, you go home, and you have nowhere to put it. The job does not come with an off switch. After The Call is the private space that exists in that gap.
Our promise to you
Your journal entries and check-ins are never visible to your department, supervisors, or administration
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than providing this service to you
You can delete your account and all data at any time, immediately and permanently
This app will never be used as a performance or disciplinary tool. Ever.
Built for all of us
After The Call serves career and volunteer firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS professionals, paramedics, EMTs, dispatchers, and all first responders. If you run toward emergencies, this was built for you.
